Appartement très agréable, lumineux et bien équipé. Une petite table sur le balcon serait bien, une nappe sur la table de S à M serait utile. Les vitres auraient besoin d’être faites.

L'appartement est idéalement placé, avec garage. Points positifs: literie bonne et bon fonctionnement du chauffage. Points négatifs: appartment très mal entretenu et sale. Nous avons du nettoyer les vitres des fenetres des balcons pour admirer le panorama. L'excuse d'une tempete de la semaine precedente est inacceptable. Baignoire a changer (le fond est noirci), etc... Les photos sur le site sont anciennes et ne correspondent plus à l'état actuel. L'agence locale a été informé, photos à l'appui.

L'accès au garage est compliqué et il n'y a pas de numéro à l'emplacement parking. L'accès au logement également il n'y a pas de numéro de porte et en plus la lumière du couloir ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons eu froid le premier jour car aucune indication pour régler le chauffage et celui-ci était à 14 degrés. Il n'y a pas de poubelle de salle de bain et 2 lumières sur le lustre de la salle à manger ne fonctionnent pas.
