Public parking on the road. Séjour au cœur de Dinard Alouny S.

Très bon emplacement en plein cœur de la ville. Accès à la plage à moins de 5 minutes. Appartement propre et spacieux, cela dit, nous avons retiré un tableau dans la chambre où dormait notre enfant Je regrette cependant le WIFI qui n’a pas été rétabli (peut être à cause de la tempête Ciaran) Très bon accueil a l’agence également !

Localisation top mais appartement vieillissant,les fauteuils sont trop vieux,les ressorts sont apparents tellement c’est usé ,TV qui fonctionne mal,pas de wifi,des verres cassés,… Je pense que les propriétaires devraient venir plus souvent et renouveler leur mobilier

Appartement propre mais très vieillot. Des portraits du moyen âge aux murs qui faisaient peur a ma fille. Les affaires des propriétaires encore dans les placards. La chaudière en erreur, obligé de la relancer pour avoir de l eau chaude. Parking dans la rue mais non précisé. Literie et protection pas nickel .

Spacious apartment in the centre of Dinard. All thinks provided in the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. We are English so no TV channels available but no big deal. All shops on your doorstep. Free parking in streets nearby. No real complaints although the apartment could do with a little updating but still worth staying for our 10 day holiday break. Would definitely return some time.

Cette appartement bien situé dans Dinard manque d’un mobilier plus récent : 1 lit en guise de canapé dans le salon, un canapé vétuste à côté. Dans la cuisine la table ne permet pas de s’asseoir correctement et c’est la seule table de l’appartement donc impossible d’inviter des amis à dîner. La gaziniere n’a pas de sécurité stop gaz. Des lit en 140 …. Quant à la TV il n’y a pas bcp de chaîne qui fonctionne

L’appartement est bruyant,l’insonorisation est inexistante. Le micro ondes est vétuste et ne fonctionne pas. Les canapés ne sont pas des canapés mais un lit 1 personne avec des coussins,le click clac est très inconfortable en version canapé. Les 2 fauteuils idem… Cette location mériterait des investissements pour être top . Une place de parking fait défaut,il faut tourner longtemps pour se garer. Concernant la vaisselle,des verres cassés,dépareillés,un lave vaisselle qui fonctionne mal…

Problème de chaudière en erreur. Nous avons eu froid, les radiateurs ne chauffaient pas à notre arrivée. J'ai dû me débrouiller seule pour remedier à ce probleme, et j'ai eu quelques frayeurs. Pensez que nous sommes encore en hiver !... Comme un problème n'arrive jamais seul, j'ai du faire face à une coupe d'électricité à 23h, dont les compteurs sont à l'extérieur de l'appartement. Pas très zen ce séjour !!!☹ Ceci étant dit, l'appartement est spacieux, joli et les lits confortables.
