"La petite Iroise", 3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). (steep stair), 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location Description Plogoff

Small village, 10 km from Audierne, 5 km from La Pointe du Raz, 4 km from La Baie du Loch. To visit: The Pointe du Raz, Baie des Trepasses, chapels. Ornithology reserve, aquarium, exhibitions and other entertainment in high season.

Bei Ankunft waren überall Spinnweben und die Küche und Fenster waren klebrig schmutzig, so dass wir erst gründlich durchputzen mussten. Hinter der defekten Couch (Rückenlehne abgebrochen) fanden wir dann auch noch den Dreck der letzten Jahre. TV ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch sind nur französische Sender zu empfangen. Die in der Ausschreibung erwähnten Liegestühle waren auch nicht vorhanden. Die Toilette ist so eng, dass alle über 1,60 Probleme haben sich auf der Schüssel zu platzieren.

Wunderhübsches Häuschen - aber dreckigAnja S.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen, gut gelegen und ruhig, die nahe Strasse ist kaum zu hören. Der Garten ist lieblos, eine rauhe Wiese, geteilt mit dem grossen Nebenhaus, dazu ein rostiger Tisch, zwei kapputte Sitzhocker, Vordach über der Haustür zerbrochen. Das Innere hätte Potential, leider war es bei unserer Ankunft extrem dreckig, das Bad ekelhaft. Die Stuhlkissen kaputt und fleckig, in den meisten Küchenschränken Schimmel, Töpfe und Teller dreckig usw. Mehr Pflege und das wäre ein Traumhaus...

Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass neue Gartenmöbel angeschafft angeschafft und das Vordach über der Haustür repariert wurde. Zudem wurde die gesamte Küche gründlich gereinigt. Nous avons passé une belle semaine reposante, au calme et au près du poêle. L'endroit est paisible pour se ressourcer et prendre l air marin.

Das Haus ist ein umgebauter Stall, vom Haupthaus nebendran kann immer alles gesehen werden. Als wir ankamen September 023 war alles staubig und schmutzig. Wir haben erstmal das Notwendigste geputzt. Das Haus ist vor allem in der Küche, Schrank vorsichtig öffnen, voll mit Schimmel. Die Treppe nach oben zu den Schlafräumen ist zu steil, am besten rückwärts runter, sonst ist es sehr gefährlich. Nie wieder und für niemaanden zu empfehlen.

De accomodatie is klein maar heeft alles. De keuken was net wat magertjes uitgerust voor 2 weken met 2 kinderen (9 en 11 jaar) en 2 volwassenen. Maar was wel te doen. Naar het strand was 800m dat ging ons goed af, wel wat stijlere stukjes, maar was erg fijn. Minpuntje: Na een dagje surfen was er geen buitenzitje voor 4 mensen, er waren 2 stoeltjes en een tafeltje.

Es war insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub! Im Mietobjekt war es immer etwas feucht, die Ausstattung ist ok, die Ikea Möbel teilweise, nicht mehr ganz so schön, bzw. versehen mit Klebebandresten usw., es könnt mal wieder ein wenig Liebe in das Haus gesteckt werden. Auch könnte das mit dem Garten, den sich zwei Mietobjekte teilen, besser gelöst werden und ein wenig getrennt werden, so kann man sich draußen nur bedingt in Ruhe zurückziehen, gerade auch, wenn so wie bei uns ein Hund mit an Bord ist:)
